VenueKids (“we”) runs venuekids.co.uk. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Contact and claim forms: name, email, message, and any venue details you send. We also use a hidden honeypot field to deter spam bots (humans leave it blank).
• Server logs: Cloudflare may process standard request logs (IP, user agent, path) to operate and secure the site.

How we use it

We use form submissions only to reply to you, update listings, or improve the directory. We do not sell your personal data.

Storage

Form submissions are processed by a Cloudflare Pages Function and may be stored in a Cloudflare KV namespace and/or forwarded to an email address we configure. Data is kept only as long as needed to handle your request and maintain accurate listings.

Your rights

If you are in the UK/EEA you may ask to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you. Email us via the contact form.

Cookies

The static site itself does not set tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set cookies required for security (for example bot management) depending on your zone settings.
